Admins
- Can see and interact with all data for all communities.
- Can delete IRIS data (communities, organizations, users). It is our internal policy to never delete data unless directed to so by the IRIS Management Team.
- Can Uncomplete a referral. 'Uncompleting' a referral will move it back to the 'Accepted' state. In addition, users who prefer to receive an email when a referral has been completed will receive an email letting them know it's been uncompleted.
- Can unlock user accounts.
System Managers
- Can see and interact with all data, users, and referrals associated with their assigned community.
- System Managers cannot edit family profiles unless they're a user at an org that has interacted with the family previously. The same family profile editing rules that apply to basic users, also applies to SMs logged in as users (see below).
- Can add or deactivate users.
- Cannot make referrals.
Data Managers
- Cannot interact with user profiles or make referrals.
- Can make referrals if they are also assigned a user role within an organization, but they must be switched into that organization to do so.
User
- Can only view and interact with data for the orgs they have access to.
- Can unaccept referrals, but only if they were the user that accepted them.
- Can cancel referrals they sent, so long as they haven’t been completed or rejected.
- Users cannot edit family profiles unless they created it or are part of an org that has referred the family previously. This means when a user sends a referral on behalf of a family they did not enter into the system ,or their organization has not interacted with previously, the family will not appear in All Families listing nor can the family be edited during the referral process on the Referral Details screen until the referral for the family is sent.
**Please note: No role can unreject a referral, that capability does not exist in IRIS.
