IRIS Organizations become suspended when all users are inactive from non-use or if the last active user has their account locked from too many failed login attempts. This suspension makes it so that the suspended organization cannot send or receive referrals.
Please see the instructions below on how to handle the situation if you receive a ticket that deals with a suspended organization.
Suspended Organization (last active user locked out)
- If the email that they are sending the request to help desk from is the same as it is in IRIS, you can unlock their account.
- Copy the Primary Contact and System Manager(s).
- Inform them that unlocking the user’s account resulted in the organization becoming active and they can now send and receive referrals per their usual workflows.
Suspended Organization (last active user deactivated)
- Copy the System Manager(s) and Primary Contact on the ticket, have them handle the activation.
- Use the Suspended Organization response.
